The apartment can be rented for 9 months starting from November 1, 2024.

Lovely villa from 1929 located in a quiet neighborhood very close to Esbjerg Station and the center and only a stone's throw from the nearest school! Many shopping opportunities in the area. In 2022, the house got a brand new extension with a rustic kitchen with a gas stove, a large living room with a fantastic amount of light and direct access to the covered terrace and garden. In 2023, a new delicious yellow (!) bathroom was added, which completes the house in a charming way. There are a total of seven sleeping places in four rooms. In addition to the open entrance, the ground floor contains a large dining room with a beautiful bay window, stucco and space for 10-12 people around the mahogany table. From here you go through the French doors to the office/living room, which has the most beautiful view of a quiet residential street with trees and green flowerbeds. The center of the house is the delicious kitchen - of course fully equipped with dishwasher and quality gas cooker imported from Italy. From the kitchen, you go down one step to the large living room with tiled floor with heating and a sofa, which is big enough to accommodate the whole family. Here you can relax in the home cinema with a 100-inch electric screen, projector with a razor-sharp image and really good sound.

The garden is green and inviting with a large lawn and hedge against both neighbours. At the back there is a good sunbathing area with a table and chairs and a large parasol. There is also a tool shed for the electric lawnmower as well as raised beds and a small greenhouse if you want to grow your own tomatoes, cucumbers and chillies. In front of the house, there is a private parking lot with a charging station. From here there is a back entrance to the garden for bicycles/knalter - and on the way in you pass the outdoor shower, where you can discreetly cool your body after a hot run or bike ride.

This villa is perfect for the family with children and/or teenagers who want to be close to both the city, the sea and the motorway. We rent the property furnished and only for the period 1/10-2024 to 30/6-2025, while we are abroad. Chargers for electric cars can be used against consumption settlement.
