Housing Denmark has been chosen by Lincoln Equities Group LLC of New Jersey USA as one of two leasing agents regarding the iconic A-House building on Islands Brygge on the vibrant waterfront of Copenhagen City. Originally the building is from 1960, and it has served several business-related purposes until it was completely refurbished and rebuilt from 2007 to 2010. Awarded “Best rebuilt” by Copenhagen City Council in 2010.  Now we offer rental of unique and modern 78-168 m2 apartments in true New York style. Welcome to the Resourcerækkerne - an innovative and sustainable project in Ørestaden, which has won Estate Media's Project Prize 2019. Here you have chosen to disregard the mass-produced building materials and have full focus on recycling materials from the city's significant buildings - including recycled bricks from Carlsberg buildings and wood from Copenhagen's subway construction. The construction is done by the NREP / AG Group and Lendager Arkitekter, and it has everything that meets the needs of modern urban people. Rooftop gardens, greenhouses, solar cell plants, focus on community and sharing economy and a basement right at the door. The series of resources consists of 92 houses, divided into 29 townhouses and 63 apartments.

The homes are designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen architects - really well equipped with two-level housing. The first floor contains repos, 4 good rooms with loft for kip and another bathroom with shower.  The building is divided into 3 stages, visually separated by different facade materials: slate, brick and polished facades. Move in to the most innovative building in Copenhagen. Designed by Lendager Arkitekter and awarded the Danish Design Award 2019 for its unique concept, where the dwellings are built as far as possible of recycled materials.
