Ibihaven is a community of 76 modern, sustainable rental homes for adults without children living at home. In Ibihaven you are close to the nature every day. You get both a private balcony or terrace and an area with direct access to a large common, covered garden, where there is always greenery - and where there is neither wind nor frost. Expectations for the rest of 2021? In line with the vaccine program, we expect to see the rental market back to its normale, in regard to landlords who have been posted, but have not yet been able to travel, due to Covid-19 and the entry ban in certain countries.
More Danes are entering the rental market - young as old. Since 2010, the number of rental homes has increased and where it was previously the home owners who increased, it is now the tenants. A development that may be due to our lifestyle.
