With our Service Module, you can consider us as your private secretary, who is in direct contact with your rental. You get a smooth rental process, which your tenant will also experience as fluid and reliable service. We respond immediately to the tenant's call, answer all their questions, and meet any need they may have. Our many years of experience with tenants enable us to answer the vast majority of questions without having to disturb you.

That way, you don't have to be available and worry about your tenant's experience. In other words, your tenant does not have direct contact with you while you are away. Instead of answering questions constantly, you can concentrate on being in the moment where you are - whether it's about performing effectively on a business trip or being present on a long journey.

In case we receive a question we cannot answer, all contact goes through us, and you thus avoid being contacted directly by the tenant. We will only contact you by phone in the event of an emergency. In other cases, you will be contacted at most by e-mail, which you can answer when it suits you the best.
