To ensure the good condition of your home, we visit it twice a year. We make an agreement in advance with the tenant about the inspection, which is documented with pictures in a report. The detailed report is sent directly to you, so you have proof of your home's good condition.
In addition, we are open to make recommendations on-site if we believe there is a need for this.
Should problems arise with your home, we will also notify you of this. We also recommend our Maintenance module, which takes care of any issues your tenant may experience with your accommodation. The maintenance module includes craftsman assistance and solid solutions for emergencies. Moreover, it saves you from unexpected extra bills in the event of sudden water damage or if other operational problems arise.
