What do you need to be aware of when renting out?
Is it best to rent furnished or unfirnished?
1 Is it best to rent furnished or unfirnished?
This depends on the rental period. By ex. a rental period of less than a year, many tenants prefer to rent the home furnished. Conversely, if the rental period is more than 1 year, they will usually bring the furniture with them and make their own mark on the home. It's about need. And if you need to leave the furniture, we strive to rent out the home furnished.
2 What happens if the tenant wrecks the entire home?
A deposit of 3 months' rent is always made, but to be sure that any damage is covered below, it is important that a move-in and move-out report are carried out so that no damage is overlooked and thus not covered.

3 How long does it take before you find a tenant?
Our registered length of stay is just 41 days (data from 2020). We find and present the right profile for your home - then it is you, the landlord, who chooses the tenant. In order for the process to take place simply, it is important that both parties show flexibility - here we are responsible for the commissioning.
4 What happens if the tenant moves out after 3 months?
The tenant can not do this. The tenant is basically bound by the lease for one year. In other words, the tenant cannot terminate the lease with 3 months' notice before the first 9 months. Thereafter, the tenant may terminate the lease with 3 months' notice.
5 What should the home look like when moving out?
The home must be handed over in the same condition as when the tenant received the home - as occupied. This is written into the lease. A lease is important, as it provides both parties with documentation that everything is going correctly and what you do in case of disagreements. Do you need help with the rental contract?
