COVID-19

Corona has turned the world upside down, and many Danish and International companies are still feeling the effects of Covid-19. The uncertainty means that many people's everyday lives are still affected, as we do not always know what tomorrow will look like.

At Housing Denmark, we have also had to navigate these new Corona times and continue to provide the same good service to our customers as usual. This means that we have had to rethink certain procedures, in order to meet the government's instructions. Among other things considerations at our viewings, as well as too much direct contact with our customers, has been one of them. Masks have also become a norm, with all our Housing Agents, at viewings and assessments.

Certain employees are now working from home, so that we do not have too many people gathered at our office at Strandvejen.

Expats to Denmark - Just like always
Before Corona 75% of our home were rented out to expats, this figure has obviously been affected by the Covid-19 situation where the travel activity has been challenged, but nonetheless we currently rent out more than 50% of our homes to expats.

Digital viewing
As one of our Covid-19 initiatives, it is possible to arrange Skype viewings - a service where you do not have to show up at the viewing yourself - if you do not have the opportunity to do so. Instead you can get a digital viewing of the property through Skype, by one of our Housing Agents.

Talk a 3D walk
At housingdenmark.com you can, as always, view all our homes in 3D. This allows you to sit at home and 3D visit as many homes as you wish, in peace and quit - just like being there yourself.
