Do you wish to sublet a rental or shared ownership property, we kindly ask you to procure a written, signed permission from your landlord, housing association or the board of the shared ownership property where it states that you are allowed to sublet your apartment in the given period of time.

Expectations for the rest of 2021? In line with the vaccine program, we expect to see the rental market back to its normale, in regard to landlords who have been posted, but have not yet been able to travel, due to Covid-19 and the entry ban in certain countries.
More Danes are entering the rental market - young as old. Since 2010, the number of rental homes has increased and where it was previously the home owners who increased, it is now the tenants. A development that may be due to our lifestyle.
