On May 15 2019, we were contacted by a project developer who wanted to rent out a newly built project in Hvidovre. The property consisted of 16 units that the project developer wanted rented out within the next two months.

In connection with the lease, the project developer acquired Housing Denmark's Marketing Package (Boost +) which resulted in 54 agreed shows the following week. The following day, all the apartments were rented out and ready for occupation on July 1st.
